All employees undergo rigorous training in cleaning and landscape techniques before deployment. Every staff member holds a personnel record and wears MSS or personal name identification at all times.
MSS dress code
A minimum of two uniform sets per employee, plus protective clothing agreed with each client. Managers and supervisors replace uniforms whenever necessary.
